The coffee drinks are weak and low quality. We asked for two extra shots and our mocha still tasted watery and was very disappointing. They seem to try to make up for the lack of coffee excellence by over-sweetening. Though their customer service and tea selections and atmosphere are good, a coffee shop should simply by nature provide good coffee, and therefore I rate this establishment two stars. I wouldn't return for the drinks, but I would definitely return for the cute decor and lovely people behind the counter. The employees are the best part of the whole shop!

I am from a Chicago burb and visited just today, our last day here. The shop was not busy, and the iced mocha was fine. But I was charged 13 dollars for two cookies a petite cinnamon roll and one muffin. We only ate some of the items as the energy bar cookie was blander than bland and the Cinnamon roll was the texture of cardboard. I wish I were exaggerating! Girls, if you are reading this, throw those cinnamon rolls away! Try all your goods before you sell. Also stop taking yourselves so seriously! They are just baked goods. Let's not charge entree prices and not even be up front with customers about what items cost.

Breakfast for the foodie crowd - interesting flavor combinations with large portions. Great coffee (thank you Anodyne Coffee Roasters!) and good pastry. Very small, so expect to be cramped - and the line may take a while to get through because the cashier is also sometimes the barista. Have never actually had a cookie from this place, but the selections usually look beautiful. We go here at least once during each annual vacation - great little place!

I am ALL about supporting local businesses, but the food here fell WAY short. On their sign, the advertise for "DRINK COFFEE and COOKIE LADY". If it's right on your sign, then the cookies have GOT to be good, right?! WRONG! The coffee was good, and that's really the only props I can give to this place. We got a coffee, and a s'mores cookie, a sugar cookie, a chocolate chip cookie, a day old blueberry scone (for $1) and a cinnamon cake thing. My KIDS wouldn't even eat the cookies. And I found everything else dry and tasteless. We spent $16 on everything, and $14 was wasted because we threw most away. Such a waste. :(

This is a cute little shop. I really liked the wall paper and the outdoor seating they had. I happened to visit over labor day weekend, and it was quite busy, so we made it a quick trip in and out. They used Anodyne coffee, out of Milwaukee, which is a decent enough coffee. I had gotten a double shot of espresso. There was zero crema on it, which concerned me, but it overall tasted decent still. Not great, but drinkable. However, there were a lot of grounds in the bottom, which should not be there. My fiance got a carmel latte, and she was fairly pleased with it. However, the syrup was not welled stirred in, so at first the drink was not-too-sweet, just the way she liked it, but when she got to the bottom, it become extremely sweet and unpleasant at the very end. I think the shop has a lot of potential. We didn't get a chance to eat anything from there. It was a busy and stressful day for the staff. I would like to visit again some time when I can sit down and take it all in a little more.

Really nice shop. Very friendly staff. Good tasting coffee. We've only been here for breakfast and for coffee in the afternoon, so I can't comment on their lunch options, but the breakfast options are tasty. The person who made the iced cookies on previous visits is apparently on leave, but the variety of cookies they currently have were quite tasty too - especially the frosted maple cookies. We do love their iced sugar cookies, so I'm hoping she'll come back before our next trip through the area!

Stopped in here for a light lunch after breakfast at white gull in. Had the tapenade sandwich on sourdough and it was seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. After telling the staff to let the chef know as such, I got no thank you in reply. In addition, the staff seemed green (in more than one way) and not helpful when selecting menu items for my 1 year old.

Good coffee, great sandwiches. My wife raves about the banana peanut butter panini on banana bread. Suggest getting a half since the whole is large

One word sums up this coffee shop - adorable! I love the funky, quirky atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and made me a latte and my husband and americano, both of which we were pleased with. Lovely little seating area outside and the place was spic and span from top to bottom.

We've been going to Drink Coffee for years, and although I miss the old location (it was bigger), the outdoor patio is a bonus. The girls there are incredibly friendly. My husband and I love taking food and coffee to go and sit by the beach and relax. (there's only 5 tables inside). Their breakfast and lunch items are all delicious. We love the egg and bacon Panini. The scones are also delicious (cherry almond all the way) and are very moist on the inside. I've seen a few complaints about coffee, but we've enjoyed every coffee drink we've had there. We'll always go back!!

This is an average coffee shop. They only brew one type of coffee - no dark roast. They get an extra star for the cherry oatmeal - very good.

Got a large iced coffee, medium brewed coffee, and a quiche, $10 before tip. The coffees were fine, we split the farmer's market vegetable quiche, $3.75 and they will warm it up for you. It had nice chunks of zucchinis, onions, and feta. The pastry was nice and flaky, but I did wish it contained more vegetables. Without the help of Sirracha, it would have been a pretty flavorless quiche. I didn't get to try any of their cookies, but they had a nice variety of sugar, oatmeal, and typical chocolate chip cookies. The place is tiny, about 5 tables, but had an outdoor patio area with more seating. It got crowded pretty quickly and space became scarce.

Hellooooo? Cherries? Where are you? I stopped in here for a coffee, famous Cherry Queen cookie and a chocolate chip cookie for my father in-law. I was diggin' the coffee, but coming from the land of Bleeding Heart Bakery and bakeries galore back home, I will have to pass. The Cherry Queen cookie had 2 cherries. Two? I loved the texture, taste and size, but the cherry love was scant. I had a taste of the chocolate chip cookie and they were, as my father in-law put it, "oily, flat and hardly any chocolate". I agreed. I really want to like this place. I may come back for lunch and to sample something else. Free Wi-Fi? Yeah...I may be back, for sure.

Good bakery but the coffee is seriously lacking. Both my husband and I were sorely disappointed with the strength and flavor of the lattes we ordered. The cherry scone and cinnamon roll were great!

Incredibly helpful staff and awesome cake. While on vacation we wanted to celebrate a birthday and of course we needed cake. It was hard to find a bakery that actually made cakes! We walked into the Drink Coffee/Cookie Lady and although the baker was off (it was Sunday) they gave me her number so I could make the order. Less than 24 hours later we had an awesome cake (strawberry almond) that the family was surprised was local. It was even noted as "wedding worthy". Thanks so much for all your effort!

It's hard to mess up hot chocolate, but this was the most watered down, tasteless cup I've had in a long time. Indifferent wait staff, messy seating area.

I have only had bagels and rolls with coffee and tea, but I hear from friends that their lunch is great. They have good coffee and tea selections. It is a cute little place. They have Wi-Fi. In the winter the seating is just inside.
